Jeanius Technology is not just another brand or company. Jeanius is the colliding of legacies. The very fabric that makes up Jeanius is woven with the genes and legacies left behind by the women that once nurtured, inspired, and guided the founders; Justin’s late Mother and Dennis’ late Grandmother, both possessing the exact same name, Jean.

The alignment in their “Why” strengthened their bond, inspiring Justin & Dennis to create a company that embodied the spirit of their purposes, leading with a name that merges and cements the legacies of the women that continue to drive them, JEANIUS.

Meet the Squad


  • Co-Founder / Software Engineer

    My journey began growing up with my mother (Jean) and father, both being in the tech field. I continued to get a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at Georgia Southern University. Working as a Software Engineer for the past 7 years, I developed a passion for creating helpful solutions with the technological skills I have attained. Most importantly, using my skills to honor the charitable, intelligent spirit of my late mother embodies the mission of Jeanius.


  • Co- Founder / Educator

    I have been a stocks and options trader for 4 years now. I also have expense trading currencies (foreign exchange), crypto, and futures. Some background about me is that I hold a degree in psychology and education. Before trading I taught math and science at the middles grades level for 7 years. Another fun fact is that I am a published inventor holding a utility and design patent. I now use my teaching background in combination with my knowledge of fundamental and technical analysis to build and strengthen the knowledge of others within the financial markets.
